Dr. Pradeep Bansal is Board Certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. After completing his Medical School in India at Jawaharlal Institute in Pondicherry, consistently rated among the top five in the country, he trained in Internal Medicine for another three years before moving to the United Kingdom.
Dr. Bansal obtained Membership in the Royal College of Physicians in London and worked there for five years during which time he developed an interest in gastroenterology. He then moved to New York and completed his residency in his specialty. He completed a three-year fellowship in gastroenterology from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and then joined the faculty at Lincoln Medical Center in the Bronx where he also served as Chief, Division of Gastroenterology for two years. Dr. Bansal currently resides in Nassau County with his wife Meera, a Pathologist, and their two children.
